Great farm session with Aubrey of JumpStart Training
Aubrey Roth of JumpStart Training and I had a great morning playing with her adorable Half-Arabian filly Pretzel as well as some of the other ponies and horses at her beautiful facility in Roy, WA. Check out the neck and trot on this filly!! And 14.1h Mya soaring over a 4'3" oxer with ease! These horses are amazing! If you're in the area and need training, give Aubrey a call.
Fun at Starfire Farm Adult Riding Camp
Adult Camp at Starfire Farms last week was a ton of fun too! It was nice to spend the week with such a great bunch of ladies and horses! Below are some highlights of riding in pairs and drill team movement exercises. Photos from camp can be viewed and ordered at the Adult Camp gallery.
Appaloosa Concert at Starfire Farm
There was great fun to be had last night at the Appaloosa Concert at Starfire Farm to benefit the Woodbrook Hunt Club Hounds. The night included great music, company, and food. It was even singer Dottie's birthday. Happy Birthday Dottie! Photos from the concert can be viewed and ordered from the Appaloosa Concert gallery.
Horse show and hunter pace this weekend
The rain held off for some of the great Starfire Show Jumping crew's rides in the show ring and on the hunter pace today at the Washington State Horse Park.
Dressage day at Aspen Farms Horse Trial
After some delay, here are some of the highlights from dressage at the recent Aspen Farms Horse Trials. The rain made for some pretty interesting images, but it wasn't as fun to be out in as the sun on Sunday.
